The system is capable of handling multi-scale, multi-ingredient batching & mixing operation, with all necessary interlocking, proper timing, delay & hold timing, alarm generation, event & error logging, recipe & report generation and storage facility.

HMI system has touch screen password protection display with serial communication ports, internet ports & USB ports for updating software & increasing memory. The high speed sampling ensures batch to batch accuracy. Entire process can be displayed on main screen. Production report, batch report, consumption report daily or monthly basis can be generated & printed easily.

SCADA based Control Panel

SCADA is a modernize software, making production control easier. It is used for accessing a panel from remote location & get its data. Designed for unattended, fully automatic operation. System has intuitive point & click control that is simplest to use. SCADA integrates process supervision, production reporting, inventory tracking, recipe management, Error logging, and more, all in one reliable control system.

The PC communicates with an industrial grade PLC (Customize) Controller for execution of all commands.

Main batch WINDOW resembles the actual characteristics of plant. Comprehensive visualization is showing actual state of the related discharge gates, valves, sensors, pump, motor.

Microprocessor based control panel mainly designed up to 30m³/hr Concrete Batching Plant. Its designed on an application specific Microprocessor based PLC.

It is designed for recipe preparation for ready mix concrete, synchronized discharge & mixing operation.

It is designed for Fully Auto and Semi-Auto mode operation. Easy to calibrate loadcells at no time. Water and Admix in time based operation. Easy to configure and easy to fault finding. Auto batch correction with inflight option make this perfect.

Control Panel for Reversible Mixer

Knovocon Reversible Drum (RD) mixer control panel is versatile product for this segment.

The system guides to mixing of pre-set recipe with adding water and admix (Optional). Provision to program upto 15 recipe. Multiple cycles in batch can include upto 99.
