Bulker Unloading System offered by Knovocon permits you to move the Cement & Fly-Ash from a
bulker into a silo to store it at your plant. A highpressure TWIN LOBE ROOTS BLOWER delivers high
volumes of air which makes it possible to unload the bulker within 40-50 minutes and reduces the manual
handling of small and jumbo bags and ensures a reduced work zone emission footprint.

Bulker Unloading System

For the Ready-mix concrete sites, Fly-Ash Bricks manufacturing sites, where the cement is received in bulkers, a bulker unloading system unload the bulker. Twin lube high volume low pressure blower makes it easy to unload the bulkers within an hour. This reduces the dependability on the availability of compressor mounted bulkers.

The Bulker unloader is fixed or portable at the plant and the operator connects a rubber hose from the plant air supply to a manifold on the truck. Usually, the air is divided to pressurize the top of the stored material in the storage silo, to fluidize the bottom discharge point, and the main stream is directed to transport it through the pipeline.
